Ikoi's founder owns a Big Bear vacation rental herself. Running this company as an owner, not just an operator, means we know what it feels like on your side: the worry about wear and tear, the vague monthly statements, the difference between a manager who reports to you and one who works with you. We built Ikoi to manage the way we would want our own home managed.

Our team lives and works in Big Bear, with 24/7 emergency response and the City's 30-minute in-person requirement covered. Guests reach a real person, and your home is checked by people who know it.
Every dollar tracked (revenue, expenses, net) with monthly owner statements. Licensing, TOT and BBLTBID filings handled, so your property stays clean with the City. Clean numbers, always.
From maintenance to guest care, we handle the details, so ownership never feels like a second job.

We had an excellent time, I would book this location again Having toys and child items (high chair, bath tub, pack and play) available for the kids was a great surprise and a huge help. Extra pillows and blankets was great to curl up on the couch. Getting the keys was a little confusing. On the first page of instructions, it gave a picture of the lock box and a 4 digit code. That code did not work, the actual code was on one of the following pages. It did not make or break our experience, just something that should be corrected on the instructions.
We had a great stay! The kids had an amazing time, and everyone really enjoyed the property. The location is great, and there are so many things to do at the house, especially for families with children. The kids were entertained the entire time and made some wonderful memories. Overall, it was a very fun and enjoyable experience, and we would definitely recommend this place for families and groups looking for a relaxing and entertaining getaway. And Yuri (the host) was very responsive and professional. Thank you for evwrything!

Wonderful location - short walk into town, with relaxing lake views. Such a cozy house, with plenty of room. The upstairs living room especially was a favorite, with giant windows looking out over the lake. Georgina was very responsive and immediately addressed any small issues that arose.
Some friends and I stayed at Yuri's place for Labor day weekend and it was awesome! There was plenty of space so all guests felt accomadated. The combination of amenities made it perfect. One day it rained all day and we still had plenty of options to choose for entertainment. Just an all around fun space. The neighborhood is beautiful and there were lots businesses nearby. This made finding food, groceries, and gas easy. It's also close to the lake which was very convenient. The kitchen has all of the bells and whistles, as well as the outdoor cooking area. All of the utensils needed to cook were already provided. The eating areas were suitable for the whole group ( 8+ people). The couches and beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean. The number of full bathrooms made it so that no one had to wait if they needed to use it for any reason. Yuri was a great host and was very hospitable. Would definitely book again! 10/10

Amazing weekend getaway with the family. The house was perfect for our needs and the host was very attentive. Only complaint, which is out of the host’s control, would be the cleanliness of Big Bear Lake. Tons of algae and muck around the dock made it prohibitive to get into the water that was directly in front of the house. Too bad it’s not a cleaner lake. Having said that, we were still very happy to be at the house.
Perfect place to stay. Can’t say enough great things about the property. Plenty to do there and plenty of things to do nearby as well. Beyond grateful for the host for accommodating us with the requests we made and for making sure we were enjoying ourselves. Best place i’ve ever stayed.
We had an awesome time! This home is amazing, huge, and exceptionally clean. We felt comfortable from the moment we arrived, and it had everything we needed for a great stay. The location was perfect and close to the lake and conveniently near stores and restaurants. The host was welcoming, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Our whole family agreed that we'd love to stay here again, and we highly recommend this beautiful home to other families looking for a relaxing getaway.
Super beautiful and spacious place to stay my group of friends (8) and had lots of fun in the game room and also in the nice clean fresh pool, and the hot tub was AMAZING after a long run. Will definitely be looking forward to coming back to this place, I loved it!
