Big Bear Splash is a rare find in the mountains: a five-bedroom cabin built around its own private indoor heated pool, one of the very few in Big Bear. While the snow falls outside, everyone is swimming inside. Come summer, the same pool cools you off after a day on the lake. It is the reason groups book once and return every season. The house sits on a fenced half-acre where kids and dogs can actually run. There is a game room the adults quietly compete over: pool table, ping pong, foosball, and a five-hole putting green. Outside there is a hot tub under the pines, a basketball and pickleball court, a custom playset, and a deck built for long dinners and slow mornings with coffee. Inside, the cabin was made for a crowd that wants to be together. An open kitchen with granite counters and room for everyone to cook. A fireplace to gather around. Five bedrooms that sleep up to sixteen, so three generations or a few families can share one roof without stepping on each other. Hosting since 2015, we have shaped this home around one idea: give people every reason to stay in, and every reason to come back. We had an awesome time! This home is amazing, huge, and exceptionally clean. We felt comfortable from the moment we arrived, and it had everything we needed for a great stay. The location was perfect and close to the lake and conveniently near stores and restaurants. The host was welcoming, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Super beautiful and spacious place to stay my group of friends (8) and had lots of fun in the game room and also in the nice clean fresh pool, and the hot tub was AMAZING after a long run. Will definitely be looking forward to coming back to this place, I loved it!

Yuri is a super host. She's fast in respond time. Booking with Yuri has been one of the best choices we made. This house is phenomenal, big and has lot of space. The kids enjoyed the jacuzzi, game room, mini golf, and the indoor pool. However, I thought the pool could be heated up to 90 degrees. The house was clean and peaceful. We utilized the whole house. The weather was perfect; the house has multiple fans to keep us cool during the night. Plenty of parking. We had no issues with hot water in the showers. We enjoy the family weekend at Yuri place. I would recommend this place if you were family with kids. Plenty of activities to keep them busy. Thank you, Yuri, for letting us stay at your place!

Yuri’s home was great for our group of 16 celebrating my dad’s bday. The kitchen comes equipped for large meals, there are so many things to do: swim, pickleball, mini putt, and you can tell they put a lot of care into everything. During my stay, I had an issue related to the hot tub & Yuri immediately sent someone out. It was a bummer but she was very responsive and rectified the situation appropriately. I’ve stayed in many airbnbs but I’ve never interacted with such a kind and communicative host. I would and have already recommended this place to people I know. I would especially recommend for people with kids. Your kids will have the time of their life here. The one thing I would say is if you run hot, big bear generally in the summer is warm and there’s no a/c so it may be a bit uncomfortable. Most of us were fine though.

We had such a relaxing stay celebrating my fiancé’s birthday weekend! The home was exactly as described— comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The space had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our time away, and the location was perfect for a peaceful getaway. The host Yuri was friendly, responsive, and made the entire experience seamless from check-in to check-out. We truly appreciated all the little touches that made us feel at home.
